Track Hosted at Workshop on Search-Based and Fuzz Testing

Researchers from Zurich University of Applied Sciences hosted the Python Test Case Generation Track at the at the 17th International Workshop on Search-Based and Fuzz Testing held on 14-20 April in Lisbon. The competition has the goal to experiment with testing tools for a diversified set of traditional and emerging systems and domains. The track welcomed researchers to engage in the competition by submitting their Python unit test generation tools. The tools underwent assessment based on a benchmark that assesses code coverage and mutation score performance utilising target files that are not disclosed to the participants. The thoroughness of the test generators played a critical role in the tool’s performance and ranking in the competition.
